Sandy started TRACTION For Young People Ltd in 2015 and has developed the organisation

alongside a fantastic team. TRACTION helps vulnerable young people realise amazing

results and has built an innovative, inclusive culture and significant capability as an

organisation.

TRACTION’s mission is to spark potential in young people. TRACTION delivers evidenceinformed,

hands-on learning and mentoring programs, to help young people engage in

education and build the resilience and skills they need to thrive.

​

Through his previous career in business, and time building the TRACTION community,

Sandy has developed faith that ordinary people, working together, can achieve

extraordinary things.
