TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Asia Pacific Cycling Conference (APCC) Delegate Pass:
The Delegate Pass grants access to all sessions, refreshment breaks, networking lunches, networking drinks reception, and approved speaker presentations. Each delegate pass is valid for one person only, and passes cannot be shared. The organisers reserve the right to deny entry to anyone not registered.
Payment & Discounts:
Only one promotional discount code can be applied per registrant. Prices and promotions are valid at the time of purchase and cannot be redeemed afterward.
Organisers' Rights:
The organisers strive to ensure the accuracy of the conference program and speaker lineup, but unforeseen circumstances may lead to program alterations or event cancellations/postponements. We reserve the right to deny access to individuals engaged in unprofessional practices. Delegates grant permission for the use of their image/likeness in promotional materials.
Cancellation Policy:
There is no strict cancellation policy; however, tickets are transferable for delegates who opt to make changes.
Event Delivery:
In case of government restrictions, the event may be delivered entirely digital or in person. Pass holders can move registration or receive credit for the next edition in such cases.
Privacy Disclosure:
Information collected during registration is kept confidential and may be used for future event notifications, product development, and service offerings by AusCycling. Contact admin@8020partners.com.au if you prefer not to be contacted.
APCC COVID Safe:
Attendees should not come to a venue if unwell, or displaying COVID-19 symptoms.
